Perspectivas, Second Edition, is an intermediate Spanish program that offers a unique focus on the cultural perspectives of the Spanish-speaking world by embedding cultural products and practices into every aspect of instruction. The program goes beyond language, teaching students to communicate with cultural competence both inside and outside the classroom.
Following a strong communicative approach, Perspectivas engages students through new Communicative Objectives and Can-Do Statements, Group Chats, and Projects that meet today's pedagogical needs, while Integrated Performance Assessments (IPAs) serve as valuable tools for measuring students’ progress.
The program also features a rich variety of authentic materials, including documentary-type materials, short video clips, authentic audio selections, and literary readings, ensuring a deep and meaningful learning experience.
